The business and affairs of the Corporation are managed by its Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees may also be referred to as the “Board of Directors” and Trustees, individually may also be referred to as “Directors”. The Board of Trustees has one Life Trustee and two or more Annual Trustees. Collectively, the Life Trustee and the Annual Trustees are referred to as “Trustees”. Each Trustee has one vote and no Trustee votes by proxy.
The number of Trustees are no fewer than three and no more than five total Trustees, with no more than one Life Trustee. The number of Annual Trustees and the duration of the Annual Trustees’ terms may be changed by majority vote of the Trustees.
